Director, Command College / Administrator, Justice Administration Outreach Professor of Criminal Justice Dr. Rainey received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Tennessee and his Ph.D. from the Union Graduate School. He joined the faculty at CSU in 1974. His professional law enforcement experience includes service in the U.S. Army Military Police, the Savannah (Tennessee) Police Department, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
Curtis McClung, Ph.D. Assistant Administrator Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice Dr. McClung received his B.S. degree from Columbus State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Georgia State University. He is a retired Chief of Police of the Columbus (Georgia) Police Department and is also the retired training director of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police. He now serves as the Assistant Administrator of the Command College.
Associate Director Laurie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Auburn University and a MBA from Columbus State University. As Associate Director, she coordinates the Command College and the Professional Management Program. In addition, Laurie is the advisor for all Command College undergraduate students.
Administrative Assistant Terry attended Troy State University and previously worked for the Muscogee County School District for 14 years. She is married and the mother of 3 children. As Administrative Assistant, Terry coordinates the Justice Administration Outreach (Saturday) Program. In addition, she helps with the daily operations of the Command College.
